10 Celebrity Dolls of the 2010s, Ranked BEST to WORST By Me

The 2010s brought us a lot of doll lines, but how do the celebrity dolls of the last decade rank up? Let's put them to the test!

Note: All these entries are just my opinions, so don't try to express them in any way. Also those entries are mostly of teen celeb dolls, because you know how I love them!

Honestly they need no explanation as to what got them on the list, but they're beautiful because, hello! They're BTS! Yeah, sure, those dolls got a few likeness and accuracy complaints from many ARMYs, but still. The accuracy is right! From the clothes, right down to Jimin's big lips and RM's dimple! And they each have different clothes and hairstyles so you can definitely tell who's who!

9. Victorious - Victoria Justice, Ariana Grande, Liz Gillies, Daniella Monet (2011)

In 2011, among all the merchandise Victorious had when the Nickelodeon sitcom was in its hype, Spin Master created two Tori Vega character dolls. Then in the following year, the doll line expanded to include friend dolls Trina, Cat, and Jade. The dolls look just like their characters from their faces, right down to their outfits. At least the line brought us an Ariana Grande doll, so that was great. Very sad that we did not get a talking Cat doll. We would have loved to have that doll so we could let baby Arianators button smash it and let it repeat "What's that supposed to mean?".

Here's a little trivia about the Victorious doll line: While they made two different singing Tori dolls that sang "Make it Shine" and "Freak the Freak Out", there was also going to be another doll that sang "Best Friend's Brother" and was supposed to wear an outfit from the episode that the song was performed in, "Prom Wrecker". The doll was slated for a Fall 2012 release onto store shelves, but unfortunately that doll never came into fruition.

8. Pentatonix (2016)

Unfortunately, there are no Pentatonix-branded dolls made by any toy companies, so instead there are some fans that make their own. Here are these crocheted dolls made by Jonna Peterson that she gave to the famous acapella group during one of their private performances in 2016. They look okay, except Scott's hair doesn't have much quiffiness to it, and also, Kirstin is missing her eyebrow piercings. If an actual toy company made PTX dolls, they should make them where each member would sing a part of a different song and if you would buy all the dolls and if you pressed each of the members' belly buttons all at once, you would get the full song. Now that would sound cool and epic.

7. Jennifer Lopez (2013)

Gotta love JLo's exquisite looking dress on her Barbie doll. There is also another doll that has a smiling face, wearing a concert outfit. She would likely make every other celeb doll that came before hers' wet their pants.

6. Gigi Hadid (2017)

I don't really mind the doll's looks, but her face looks nice, and her clothes look nice.

5. Fifth Harmony (2015)

Mattel partnered with the girl group in 2014 for a line of Barbie dolls that were available exclusively at Justice stores. Camila's skirt is a bit garish, Normani looks like a regular Nikki doll, while the rest are just looking....OK. The likenesses are a bit OK, too. I find it weird that they used the 90s Teresa mold on Lauren.

4. China Anne McClain (2012)

I am not kidding, they actually made two different dolls of the Disney star. The first doll was made back when China used to star on A.N.T. Farm. That doll was made as part of Mattel's "Disney V.I.P." doll line that featured other Disney Channel girls of the early 2010s. The real eyelashes on the Chyna VIP doll look a bit creepy and her face looks a bit cartoonish, but still looking just like the actress. Then a few years later when she was in the DCOM Descendants 2, Hasbro made a doll of China's character Uma. That doll also has a bit of a cartoonish face, seeing as those were actually based on the Descendants cartoons rather than the actors (although Uma was never in the cartoons as the cartoon show was cancelled at the time of the sequel's premiere). But they are still OK dolls.

3. One Direction (2012)

Oh boy. The 1D dolls. Wouldn't wanna forget them. Harry's hair does not look like that in real life, the dolls' hair is molded, meaning you can't run your fingers through them. and I'm pretty sure they look a bit like women rather than the members. It doesn't help that when Hasbro started getting the rights to make the One Direction dolls, they made them much better. From now on, we'll be sticking to the Hasbro dolls and not these.

2. Emma Watson (2017)

Who is this doll REALLY meant to look like? Emma Watson or Justin Bieber? You be the judge!

1. Ross Lynch (2013)

If you're a Disney Channel Original Movie like High School Musical or Descendants, among the bevy of merchandise you would get, one of those would be a doll. But would you ever buy a doll of Ross Lynch as his Teen Beach Movie character Brady? Probably not. He doesn't look anything like Ross, but more of a Disney cartoon version of Ross. Also, for some reson, they made that doll with a really big head. This review of the doll by YouTube user "caitlovesdisney" explains the doll's look, with some mixed reception. Check it out here:
